“Doochary to Fintown - 13 March 2010”

This was a linear walk lead by Diane, slightly over 8 miles and with the exception of a short open hillside section mostly on track or path. The entire route is way marked. The weather initially looked poor with some rain in Derry as we departed but Diane as ever brought her magic along and the Sun came out on cue for a really nice days walking. Nice to see again several newer members who have decided to join the club attending!
Never seen so many frogs on a walk prior to this and as someone remarked (name removed to protect the author!) "All doing it" Several of us stopped off for food on the way home "Chicken Bang" was had by most!
Thanks to Diane for this excellent walk.

For GPS users I have a GPX file for each walk and can provide if requested – you can use this for your own walks or to overlay as I have done. All the photos are resized to 640x480 for the web - I retain the originals.
