“Urris Hills (No Walk!) - 8th February 2009”
Members of the Foyle Hill walking & Rambling Club congregated at the excellent Mange 2 restaurant on the evening of Saturday 7th February for a social outing and meal. Food was provided by the Chef Kieran McGuinness and from this humble reviewers perspective “hit the spot” as did the wine!
It was great to see Charlie at the meal and Bernard, Peter and Stephen’s discussions on what you call a large group of spiders is sadly unprintable!
Monica and I braved the weather and arrived at Templemore on Sunday morning but I suspect everyone else was snug in bed! - We retreated home (just as well really as the snow started to fall harder!)
