No walk & no pictures this week!
I slipped while out running and pulled or tore my achilles tendon (not clear which it is yet!) but does it hurt! It's now 10th Dec and I have been out on a a few five mile walks but it is very painful still - hope it's better for Sunday walk!
This blog is a collection of pictures, some GPS info and a few words in relation to my weekly treks with the
Foyle Hill walking club.
All photos or information is the property of the owners and must not be used without their express written permission. If anyone wants a photo removed please let me know and I will comply immediately.
For GPS users I have a GPX file for each walk and can provide if requested – you can use this for your own walks or to overlay as I have done. All the photos are resized to 640x480 for the web - I retain the originals.
