New Server and Weather Station

My new server, a Dell Optiplex 745 is now up and running. I got it brand new and fitted 2gb or RAM and a 80gb HD. Its running so much better than the old server and has so much more power, which therefore will let me do more power-intensive things like streaming, video conversion, etc. The only problem is that the server rack now gets much warmer (21-22oC) rather than the usual 15oC. For this, i've had to increase fan speed which is pretty noisy! Its fine for now, but i may invest in better cooling in the future. Anyhoo, along with this server arrival, I decided to give my weather station project another go, and finally got it online! I found software called "Cumulus" by SandaySoft. This is a perfect application that lets me upload to FTP, Weather Underground, PWS and Twitter! (Follow @DerryWX to see the hourly updates) The site is here - it looks pretty basic at the moment but I hope to update it with a new design when I get some time soon. Look for "LDERRYL2" on Weather Underground or "LDERRY" on PWS Weather for logs and data.
