Working for Nook

Your first task in your new town is is to do some jobs for Tom Nook. You must complete of the jobs he asks of you in order to be free and travel to another town. The tasks are actually quite easy and you even earn a few items and bells whilst you are working. If your going mad looking for a villager or location, you can always check the town map at the local train station or police station before you get your own.

Gardening Around Nooks

You first job is to plant some flowers and trees around his shop, it dosen't really matter where you put them, but try to be a little neat! To plant something, stand where you want to place the plant and press Y to access your "Plant". This job will earn you 80 bells.

Introductions

Your next job is to introduce yourself to all of the villagers. Remember to take a look at the town map if your stuck or lost. You will have to visit everybody including Tortimer, the mayor. You will not get paid for this.

Special Delivery!

After introducing yourself to the villagers, head back to Tom Nook's to receive your next job. This time you'll have to deliver some furniture to one of the villagers. After delivering the item, you will be given an item by that villager. Once you are done head back to Nook's for a reward of 230 bells toward your house debt.

Letter Writing

Your next job is to write a letter advertising Tom Nook's store and sent it to one of the animals. Write your letter using the paper that he gives you and mail it at the post office. You will earn 130 bells for this!

Another Delivery

Because how quick you have completed the jobs at, Nook will need some time to prepare the next delivery. Whilst you are waiting you can chat to the villagers and see if they have any work for you. The jobs will normally be very small and only consist of having something picked up or delivered and the rewards will provide you with some more items.

Carpet Swap

After completing a the jobs for the villagers, head back to Tom Nook's shop. Your next job will be to deliver a carpet to a villager who will then give you his or her old carpet. You will earn 580 bells for the job.

delivery Of An Axe

Your next job is to deliver an axe to the same villager that you sent the advertising mail to. After the villager recives his or her axe, he or she will comment on the mail you sent. After the chat, return to Tom Nook's to earn 230 bells.

Advertising

Your final job is to write out an ad for Tom Nook's shop. Go to the bulletin board to write the advertisement. Once you are finished you can smell the fresh scent of freedom!
